Status Updates From 1q84: de complete trilogie

Coining the term “addicting nothingness” for this book, at least right now. Interesting things are happening, but I don’t particularly enjoy how the author doesn’t describe them as big events? 🤷‍♂️

Through Book 1

Aomame puts on the same outfit and hires a taxi to take her on the same route she was taking when she believes she entered 1Q84. After arriving at the same emergency stairway, she discovers it no longer exists. With little understanding of how this new universe works and feeling like it’s a cruel joke she is being tempted with finding Tengo, she prepares to take drastic measures.
