I love that the books are romantic and it’s fun to have gospel topics woven into history like that but they’re so cheesy and predictable. But I’m learning a lot about the battles that I didn’t know before and I like having a few families with different interests and locations to keep it in context.

I like these types of books but they are rather “cheesy” and predictable. The romance is clean and fun but very dramatic.
