Interesting premise but the lack of editing and proofreding ware so distracting that it was difficult to relax and enjoy the book

This reads more like a list than a novel. I did take a liking to some of the characters, but I'm not going to plow through another 600 pages of disasters to track the few people of interest that the author may or may not expand upon. This is better than 2 stars, but not up to 3 stars for me. I seldom get caught in this dilemma, but can't justify either a way up or down in my rating. Ted

Ooh death, destruction, lava, earthquakes , end of the world with plenty of science. .. love this so far !
