Status Updates From Green Fuse Burning

I really disliked it and again I think I just don’t like most novellas. I liked the exploration of culture and heritage but I felt like it was really lacking. The entire novel is about grief in trying to survive it and I just don’t think all the concepts work well together I was also insanely bored

I think I’m hating this

I am not liking this like I thought I was going to. It’s a great indigenous voice and I think lots of people will like it I don’t think it’s for me tho

I do love when Novella’s explore different ways of writing. Having the paintings throughout the novel, gives it a new edge, which I think is exactly what Novella’s need

The only novella I’ve enjoyed this year is a Cassandra Clare novella every other one I thought is just meh onto my next one and hopefully this is a little better
