Status Updates From When Girlfriends Collection...

It's nice to revisit old friends. Rereading the first three books before moving on to Claire & Emily's stories and then Jackie's. Book 1 will stir up old emotions: I really feel for Sophie (Who we hear from again at the end of the series!). That she was cheated on and also betrayed by one of her "girlfriends" didn't sit well with me the first time.

Gah, this was too much for me. Too predictable, full of cliches, I didn't make it through the first book. I feel like the premise was good - girls supporting girls ... but, too many obvious cliches about how girls need to eat cupcakes when they are upset, etc, etc. I gave up.
