*sigh* Okay. I'm partly glad that Thomas isn't who I thought he was. I find myself becoming more annoyed with Karen in the past couple of chapters. Her mood swings come out of nowhere and in a turning point that I thought she would follow through on, and have an interesting twist in the plot, we get nada. Only have 43 pages of the PDF to go. I'll probably be finishing it tomorrow and we'll see what happens.

The story is actually getting interesting now. There's moments where the main character is annoying, but it's not as glaring as it was before. I just wish all that high school stuff in the beginning was cut out.

Now that we're getting to the story about Thomas, the new neighbor, I'm wondering why the high school scenes were necessary. Hopefully, I'll find out

It seems odd that Matt & Gwen were practically glued together and now Matt seems to want nothing to do with her. It seemed to come out of nowhere. I'm curious if the out of place stuff will turn into something else later.
