Status Updates From You Only Faster

I’m struggling to get through this book. It’s just over ten years old and is very thin on scientific evidence for the training methods. Clearly this was written for adult, recreational runners, not coaches or aspiring elites. It reads like a long magazine article or blog post. The depth just isn’t there.
