Status Updates From Isle of Larus

Got back to this. It's a great change of scene after the epicness of Death's End - so very peacefull and cozy. And great character building!

I notice that I am so worried about those islanders that I'm reluctant to read on!

I'm starting to like the book!

This is like a fairytale about a small town. Comical or quaint characters and a particular view at life as well as mysterious happenings people don't really notice. Oh, and castles and cannons. And a witch. But not really castles and witches. A real cannon, tho.

Finding it a little hard to get into this. Reading other books besides due to this. Will come back to it soon.
