Scarlett is a damned fool. She knows that Luke received a package from April aka Faye's threat and she still won't fess up.

While up at the cabin, Scarlett sees a little girl whiting south to be 9 years old. There is no way that little girl comprehended that conversation about self worth. Secondly, who gives random 9 years old girls $150? Pervs! I understand this is a book but that sets a bad precedent.
