Status Updates From Fools' Gold

As they are preparing to leave they realize Milord's orders were planned out so that he could profit from the collapse. And as they are leaving on the horses, frieze grabs his lucky penny which has turned to true gold, showing that the alchemists had discovered the stone that can turn things into gold as one of them had it before giving it back to Frieze.

The forgers escape thankfully and frieze is arrested, Luca bails him out and the city of Venice becomes aware of the fake nobles. The market drops and everyone panics and Luca realizes that he will no longer be able to ransom his father. He is able to speak to his father after traveling but his father wants nothing to do with him as he has no hope.

The lady who tried to attack Isolde for Luca comes to their place and tries to arrest them under the account they were forgers, Isolde for their safety reveals their true identity and exposes the Lady to her husband and the officers do not arrest them and say they are free to come and go.

The group visits the alchemists house and they explain that they were tasked by their master to use these gold coins to make a market and they are there to study different things. They were doing great work here, but they now have to leave because brother Peter will report them as frieze suggests.

The group goes to the party and Luca and Isolde are finally able to share a moment together in secret to show their true love for each other.

Ishraq and Frieze sneak into Nacari's house and find out the truth. They had been forging the coins/English Nobles and there was mountainous amounts of gold. There was alchemy everywhere and they are barely able to escape.

As Luca tries to read the parts from the alchemist he notices the symbol of order of darnkess, which is what he servers. He asks Nacari about it saying that he servers for this order of the dragon under a master he doesn't know, but Luca also does this for the order of darkness and they both have the same symbol. Nacari reveals that the world is in dark times, and fears he that he serves a dark master

Frieze decides to follow the merchant and the person with him back. He spies on them, trying to find where they get all of the nobles. He watches as they make a stop at the cup ball lady's house and he questiones this. They then continue through the ghetto and enter a large house. Freize ask's a boy who lives in it and he replies that it's a man with great wealth who can lend money whenever and is protected by golem

The group gets invited to a great party in Venice and they decide they will go to find the truth about the gold English coins. They also find out the Milord is sending them a ship with fortunes which they should use to trade.

Luca finds out that his father is potentially alive and so is his mother after assuming they had been dead for the last 4 years. Father Pietro will send for him when he gets the message back on his father and he will have to pay in English Nobles.

Luca concludes after doing multiple tests that the coins are pure gold, and he believes that someone or somewhere is stealing English novels from the mint in Calais, or else they are mining the purest gold and forging their own.

They find Father Pietro and he tells them to bring Luca over the next day to see if they can find his parents and where they are enslaved or if they are dead or alive. Frieze gives Luca the English Noble coin to study it for Milord as he is convinced there's a secret mining of these coins going on. They need to test the coins for gold. They were sent a note on how to test the gold by Milord and Luca and ishraq began.

Frieze and Ishraq find themselves playing the guessing game of the cup and the ball. A man gets angry because he loses too much and Frieze calms his down. He interacts with the girl with the fast hands hosting the game and she tells him where Father Pietro can be found.

the crew had arrived in Venice and were astonished by how the whole city runs through water, people travel everywhere by boat. They happened to arrive during Carnival, where there is sin everywhere. they arrive at there house that is palace like and then go to the Church to give thanks for their safe arrivals.

As they are sailing, they encounter another boat approaching them. The people were tracking Isolde. The Lord wants her sister back apparently. Isolde acts quickly saying she is married to Luca so she doesn't have to go back, it fails as Brother Peter can't confess and Isolde acts by attacking the lord's assistant ship by cutting the rope and together they sink the ship and ishraq throws a knife threw the lords's face

The crew has made it to Ravenna and are staying there as they progress to get to Venice. Isolde and Luca share their first real romantic moment as it h They explore an old sight that was a large church and they are intriguied by the colors the glass makes, but Luca cannot question as it's out of his range as an inquirer for the order of darkness. They then prepare to sail to Venice on the cruise ship
