I`m an idiot! I have no fucking clue as to why I have not read this long ago. This story is BRILLIANT!BRILLIANT I TELL YOU!!! Ms. Cox sure does have a way with words and I've read a ton of books this past year BUT this one deserves a gazillion stars and I'm only half way thru.

I am trying again with this but skimming a lot of the repetitive inner talk! And now ... We find out Dills age and he is 11 now, so he was 6 when Marcus left ... Not a baby at all but in all the flashbacks she calls him a baby, talks about his crib at the foster parents ... I am confused.

WOW Chloe! I love your books already, but you've really really created something heartwrenching yet strong, lovning and powerful at the same time. But next time make him wait for it a little bit longer ;-) even though it perhaps slows the pace of the story, it would seem more realistic. I mean if someone left me like that, he would have to work a LOT harder to be trusted for anything
