Didn't like it too long and quite dull.

Second Awesome Ladies Book Club pick

Chapter 26, the most intense chapter in the book. The Joad family reach the long awaited peaches, only for it to be the most they’ve been taken advantage of. Throughout this chapter the feeling of hope is stripped, and on the same page there is anger. Intense feelings towards wanting change. “ever’ time they’s a little step fo’ward, she may slip back a little, but she never slips clear back.” -Casy
