I need to take a minute to decide if I want to finish this book/duet, I was misled by the person/group that recommended it and I am no longer sure.

Ohhhh I love that they are at Sandy Hook!! My Grandma lives in Atlantic Highlands 5 miles away LOL

I hope my rant wasn’t to negative, but it’s based on personal experience.

I don’t want to be a negative Nancy about it, but it’s true. I’d have to consider “What role in your life is so unfulfilled that after 3-4 weeks you’re speaking or feeling like you’d do anything for me?”… personally, I’d only feel that way about a dog, maybe, after they stopped taking a dump on my carpet… but only because a dogs affection (normally) is to serve and be loved by their loving owner.

Don’t get me wrong, I like when the H is able to express feelings/emotions. It’s a HUGE turn on…at the right time. But this H seems to be OVERWHELMINGLY emotional where it’s cringey. I don’t know many (if any) men IRL that are this emotional so early in a relationship (3-4 weeks). It’s not romantic… It’s a red flag for unresolved dependency(-ish or related) issues that throws up red flags.

This book is intense and great audible book , There is so much drama and also a love story that is heartbreaking can't wait for next book in series so I can find out what happens to alana and ryan. I so love m.never she never disappoint me with her story.
