Status Updates From Craving Redemption (The Ace...

I don't know why, but I'm surprised with how good this is. Way better than the first book in the series. But with that prologue and then jumping back 5 yrs, and we're still in the past leading up to whatever the hell happened in the prologue. So I'm just waiting for the ball to drop and it's making me nervous.

Going to try to get through this series to book 4. Patrick's book. Which apparently from the reviews is going to challenge me big time. This book's prologue has started out STRONG, but we have the time flip flop now. I really hope this isn't for the entirety of the book. Me and the past/present back and forth don't get along very well 😂

I'm not sure I like where this is going.

I am enjoying this so far. Today I was really wanting an age-gap MC book, like Fearless or Welcome to the Darkside. I remember some tags and reviews saying this was an age gap....in my opinion, not really. They meet she is 16 and he 20. From the timeline, she's 18 when they hook up, legal and making him only 22. Will keep reading and enjoy but wanted that big gap. Any recs for next read?

Dont actually remember how far im in the book but it seems like a bit immature the way the issue is being handled, but I guess I cannot fault it cos they are young especially the h.. i cant wait for them to come back to the present timeline and work out their issues together.

Its going okay but not that great. I dont really enjoy the style of writing here. Its dual pov but when she switches pov we get like a replay of what happened in the other person’s pov and its kinda annoying? On the bright side, this book seems to have more plot and angst compared to the first book so im looking forward to continuing
