Status Updates From 17 First Kisses

This is so bad it’s actually funny

Normally I don't update my books this early, but I'm so amazed at how awful this is already. In only 30 pages there's been slut-shaming, stereotypes and over-the-top high school tropes, and unrealistic situations and dialogue galore.
I mean seriously.... sixth-graders making out at a party like that is not realistic. Has the author ever met a sixth-grader?????

Literally all of these characters are horrible people. The toxic misogyny, slut shaming, fat shaming—all of it is too much.

I'm still not loving this story. The narration is okay, I'm not a fan of Meghan at all, and it seems like the more important story is in the past versus the present.
