So needless to say I’m kinda miffed that I wasted my time w this.. and there wasn’t even just the main plot, but a B and even C plot (the last which I completely skimmed over bc it had zero relevance to anything??). It’s like a slice of life cop drama but I didn’t really care for it. I knew who the killer was 1/3 into the book and spent the next 3/4 witnessing them book the wrong/fall guy. lol 2 stars, idc

I stayed up until 2am to finish this but almost purely out of spite. Not a terrible book but I didn’t enjoy much of the plot. So 8!! Girls just.. die? All bc this guy has serious mommy issues and wanted to put his BIL in jail. And don’t get me started on the whole bit where this chick gets into a fatal car accident all bc she needs to warn her sister & kills an entire family. Bitch wtf
