A great textbook for my class that reads more breezily than most scholarly materials, I found this book to be educational in a practical way. I enjoyed its organization and the bounty of information it contained. It certainly helped me write a few essays, that's for sure!

I am reading the ninth edition of this book for a class on -- what else? -- organizational behaviour. It has very readable case studies and is organized very well. I've just started the section on group and team behaviours. The breakdown reads in a logical flow that holds the reader's interest. While it's not a gripping pageturner, it's not intended to be. Nonetheless, as far as textbooks go, I cannot complain.
