Bom, este livro traz sim insights sobre a vida de Jay-Z, mas o fato de Mark ter encontrado Jay apenas uma vez não o capacitou para a escrita do livro, grande parte dele é um detalhamento dos álbuns q você mesmo pode ter ao escutá-los, entretanto, gostei dessa abordagem, pois a forma como os álbuns foram gravados mostram de como Jay evolui com o passar dos anos.
