Issue #25 - *SPOILERS*
Maloker, besides eating basically all of The Council (which we don’t witness) felt underwhelming.
So was Simone’s dusting…
With the power provided by Severin, the new Seed brings magic back to Earth.
Which allows Will to save Dawn!
Buffy & Will discover the first consequence for what they’ve done while Xander struggles with the guilt of betraying his friends.
Then the new girl arrives…

Issue #24 - *SPOILERS*
Buffy and the newly sired Simone fight while Willow gives birth to a new Seed!
I don’t love the fact that her ‘oh my goddess’ line is being used like a catchphrase. Kinda loses the special-ness of it.
In a surprising move, Illyria chooses to help Severin control his overwhelming magical energy.
Or contain it until they can charge the new Seedling.
In the end… Buffy loses the fight??...

The Council finally stop fighting Buffy to defend magic against the real threat, Severin.
Meanwhile, Simone abandons the siphon for her own scheme.
Back home, or at least at Andrew’s, Dawn is fading fast. No one can remember her name…
Inside the Deeper Well, Will begins to glow, giving her hope in restoring magic to everyone.
Simone has released the Old One who created the first vampire…

The Trio fight almost the entire Council while Xander worries Simone and Severin’s plan will be too late to save someone he loves.
Things aren’t looking good for Buff’s team when Eldre Koh and Illyria arrive!
Buffy, of course, is hesitant to trust them.
Then Xander reveals his betrayal. Buffy says he didn’t have faith in her. Now, not only do they have to save Dawn but also the world. Again.

Willow tries helping Dawn. However, with not enough magic, Will’s only given Dawn an extra day or two.
Xander, who was beaten by Simone, reveals she and Severin wanted him to betray Buffy.
He also says the double S-es wanted the Vampyre book.
Not sure how but Will immediately thinks of the Deeper Well.
The trio are met with The Council in Cotswold while Sev and Simone only have one obsticle…
