A very unusual thing - a book written by a pagan author about historical pagan practices which takes care to provide references in the text, and to avoid too much speculation in the guise of certainty, preferring to explain the reasons certain conclusions might be plausible, such as when talking about possible meaning behind burying people with precious items. (At least so far.)
