Status Updates From Reviving Haven

The characters aren't acting true to their age -at all (except for Latch, maybe), the storyline drags in the beginning but feels rushed in the end, some plots aren't fully explained (like what Jared did to Haven to make her like that) and there's too much violence in this book that the heroine simply looks over. This reads more like some highschool love than a story between a 37 y/o and a 25 y/o...

The fact that Haven is actually 37 (and her best friend even older!) isn't really ver believable. The way the author describes her makes me think she's more like 25 than 37...
