hmmmmmm
I'm a little surprised this book hasn't mentioned Josie and The Pussycats as an early, positive representation of Black people in television animation. Maybe I'm jumping to conclusions a bit, but Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids is getting a whole section right now and there's been no mention of Josie. From what I can find, Josie predates Fat Albert by two years so intriguing that it hasn't come up yet.

Chapter 1 - Vaudeville facts were interesting. Did not know much of anything about the ins and outs of vaudeville. Hoping to see how he ties it into animation, as it was primarily a live show
