I love it so far. I've implemented the methods in the book and had built a much stronger relationship with a friend. I mediated a conflict within family member, and I helped someone felt understood when venting frustration to me.

I am happy to be able to contribute to someone's happiness. And I would like to implement these methods to myself and others.
