Sophie attacks Johnny after he is done talking and grabs the gun and shoots him.

Johnny wanted Eugene to expose Fitzgerald but that backfired. Johnny wanted Eugene to think Fitzgerald was trying to kill him but accidentally shot Eugene when he meant to miss. Johnny became friends with Melanie to see what she knew and Johnny killed her too. He wanted to pin it on Fitzgerald. Anne hired Peter to try to get info from Peter.But when she blackmailed him about exposing Flynn he jumped out the window.

Sophie is at home while Anatoly follows Fitzgerald. While in the shower someone broke into her apartment. She was getting ready to go to the furry convention when a dog appeared. It’s not Fitzgerald, it’s Johnny! He used to date Sam’s ex wife. She left him for Sam so Johnny got his revenge by killing her. He wanted political power so he manipulated Anne into dating him. He worked for Fitzgerald to get dirt.

Sophie goes to talk with Mary Anne who has been hiding information she was told about Fitzgerald from Rick. Rick walked in on Fitzgerald having “kinky” relations with a woman and another guy. That guy was Peter b/c Fitzgerald for an STD. The same one Peter had. Fitzgerald gave it to his wife and now she can’t have kids. Anatoly is going to follow Fitzgerald and Sophie is going to a furry party!

When Sophie told Anne about Darth Vader calling her Anne took off! Sophie and Anatoly tried finding her but they couldn’t. They finally ran into the homeless lady who told Sophie about the pink bear who dropped off Melanie’s body. She also said he wrapped her body in a tarp that the homeless lady stole and sold for $3. The lady found a cell phone in the tarp. She sold it to Sophie. It’s Fitzgerald’s phone!!

Sophie stopped by Marcus’ shop and met up with Anne. Anne got a call that seemed to spook her so she agreed to go get chocolate with Sophie. Anne kept watching the door. Darth Vader called Sophie and said to leave him alone and stop messing with his campaign!! The killer can’t be Anne! Anne talked about Peter and how she pulled him from working at the airport to being on her campaign. She found him dead.

Dena found out there is a furry convention so Sophie has talked Anatoly into the both of them going to see if they can find out if Anne is a furry or not. Anne needs a hairstylist according to Sam’s message so Sophie asks Marcus to do Anne’s hair and try to get info from her but as he is working on her she isn’t spilling any tea. Sophie decides she needs to stop by and try getting Anne to talk.

Anatoly found out Anne’s husband hired a PI to follow Anne, Anatoly wanted to use that to his advantage. He got Darrel out of the picture and had him tell Sam that Anatoly and Sophie were taking over. Sophie explained that her interview for the magazine with Anne was a cover up. During their meeting, Sam, explained that Anne has been working late but not where Sam can find her and having secrete late night calls.

Sophie thinks that Peter’s furry tendencies and being attracted to stuffed animals is what Eugene knew that Peter told him would ruin people’s lives and careers if he exposed the information. Sophie is also wondering if Anne is a furry too and maybe her and Peter were sleeping together. Tiff was pretty shocked to learn about her brother’s personal life.

Deena and Sophie take Tiffany to her brother’s place. Deena is driving Tiff back home so Sophie can go with Anatoly to interview Anne’s husband. Sophie and Deena find out that Peter was a furrie and attracted to stuffed animals. They also find out that he had a STD! Melanie’s body was dropped off by a pink bear and the person threatening Sophie told her he likes to dress like a koala bear!

Anatoly looked into Anne’s husband, Sam. Found out that he had been married before. He is a widow and his wife was killed by a drive by shooting just like Eugene! Anatoly is going to meet with him while Sophie looks through Peter’s apartment with Tiffany. Sophie can’t sleep and goes into Anatoly’s room. He wants to be with her again. She caves in when he agrees to be her boyfriend.

Sophie went to the spot they found Melanie. A homeless woman told her a pink bear with a rainbow on its belly had killed Melanie. The bear was driving a Ford van. Anatoly decided it would be best if he stayed with Sophie until they find out who killed Melanie & has been calling her. Sophie had dinner with Tiffany and told her the truth to get her help. Tiffany is letting her come to Peter’s place to look around.

Two detectives with the SFPD come to visit Sophie. They want to know about the missing person case she filed in Walnut Creek b/c they found a body that matches Melanie’s description. Melanie has been killed. Anatoly heard the news and came to see Sophie. He comforts her while she cries.

Darrel Jenkins was hired by Anne Brooke’s husband, Sam Griffin, hired him to follow Anne around b/c he suspected she was cheating on him. Anatoly told him to stop following her around. He and Sophie told him they were FBI. Anatoly is wondering if Melanie’s suspicions about Eugene sleeping with someone or doing something unethical were correct and maybe Eugene was sleeping with Anne?!?!

Still no word from Melanie. Anatoly has been watching Anne and another man has been following her too! In a creepy looking van. The man following Anne is named Darrell Jenkins and he is a private investigator. Darrell is not good at his job and doesn’t have a great track record of holding down a job.

Melanie isn’t at her house and isn’t returning calls. Something isn’t right! Anatoly is going to start trailing Anne Brooke’s to try to get more info on her as she is their prime suspect.

Johnny called Sophie and said that she shouldn’t come to his party after all because Fitzgerald heard she was coming and he got super pissed! Death Vader called Sophie on her cell phone this time. He knows her home phone, address, and now her cell phone. He told her that he may like to dress like a koala bear but he has the temperament of a grizzly bear!! Anatoly hasn’t been able to get a hold of Melanie either!

While at lunch Flynn Fitzgerald came into the restaurant and looks mad. Rick and Maggie seem nervous. Flynn comes over and says that he is having lunch with Robin Stiffler, a political activist for trying to get magazines banned in grocery stores that are inappropriate for children. Robin however never showed up. Maggie and Rick hurry to leave. Flynn Fitzgerald goes up to Sophie and gives a mean look then walks away

Sophie is having lunch with Mary Ann, Rick, and Maggie! Anthony told her where they would be so she could try to tag along.Maggie is talking about Eugene.Maggie said that Eugene used to work on the Edward Bruni campaign until an anonymous tip told the police about Bruni’s relationship with an underage woman. Eugene was the one who made the tip.Rick and Maggie both seemed uncomfortable when Sophie mentioned Peter.

Sophie is working with Anatoly because Melanie deserves answers for being kind when her dad died. Anatoly wants Sophie to be close with Tiffany to try to get more answers about Peter. Peter’s letter to Eugene stated that people have a right to privacy and begged him not to tell people his secret otherwise it would ruin political careers and families.Anatoly has a meeting with one of the criminals Eugene put away.

Sophie had turned her phone off during her wax and facial and forgot to turn it back on until she got home. Melanie had called twice very distraught and sad about being alone and struggling with Eugene’s death. Sophie tried calling back that night and next morning but Melanie isn’t answering. Sophie has a bad feeling. Anatoly wants to meet and discuss Tiffany Strauss. He spoke with her also.

Mary Anne shared with Sophie how Rick feels about Fitzgerald. He doesn’t think the best of him, thinks he is a different kind of republican. Sophie recalls how much Melanie helped her when her dad died. Melanie was her writing professor. Sophie wasn’t doing well in class when her dad had his heart attack so Melanie told her to write a story to get her angry feelings out and that’s how she became a writer.

Sophie goes to Tiffany Strauss job to talk with her about her brother. Tiffany works at a spa so Sophie makes an appointment with her for a wax. Sophie pretends that she had an older sister who killed herself to get Tiffany talking about her brother Peter. Tiffany doesn’t say much about her brother or why he might have killed himself so the wax really was for nothing.

Melanie calls Sophie and wants an update about the boy. Apparently Melanie told Anatoly about a letter Peter Strauss wrote to Eugene telling him he had the power to destroy political careers and the lives of their families. This is the guy who worked on Anne’s campaign who killed himself by jumping out the window. Sophie has to get some info on this so she finds Peter’s sister Tiffany who works at a spa.

When Sophie got home after the interview with Anne a note was tapped to her door. The message was cut out letters from magazines. The message read “my private life is my business. Stay out of it or else!” Johnny called and asked her to a housewarming party he is having. He is inviting people from work which would give Sophie a chance to get more info. Maggie isn’t wanting to talk with Sophie which seems sus!
