It's no wonder that doctors fall for novel drugs in an age of antibiotic resistance. Why would they even have time to check if it works when they're overwhelmed?

There is clearly an issue of exploiting do tors for profit, but maybe commercialisation is a good thing because it can help promote funding for other diseases? The world basically operates on money, so any credibility is necessary to push doctors to use it.

I wonder when this book will start? If I have to hear another disclaimer about the purpose of the book and "as you you'll soon see..." and "something we'll get into later", I'm going to scream. STOP EDGING ME AND START THE BOOK!!!!!!
