This one's taking longer than it should. It's well-written in terms of structure and coherence and world-building and Nick Cave is a master of the word but man, is the word putrid. It's turning into a bit of struggle, like seriously testing my mind. I have a feeling these last 100 pages are gonna feel a lot like the last few miles of a marathon.
