Status Updates From Fire Watch

Okay, "And come from miles around" was pretty boring.

These stories have been a bit hit or miss for me, so it took a while to come back to this book, but I actually really enjoyed A Letter from The Clearys. I liked how it slowly gave clues as to what was going on in the world. The fire on the mountain, the paranoia about leaving tracks, etc. Good little story.

Third story was pretty "meh". The forward to it helped make it a little more interesting, but not much.

The first story ran a bit long, but ended well. The second story, The Service for the Burial of the Dead wasn't amazing, but was fun enough by the end.
