Pretty interesting, helpful advice. Also some peculiar advice that I'd absolutely never practice myself or ask others to do for me.

Emphasis in places on the legality of asking medical professionals to read out the healing statements which struck me as quite peculiar. Maybe it's more meaningful to readers from other countries.
