Status Updates From We Were the Mulvaneys

I found this book disturbing. It's a story of a family falling apart after the rape of its daughter, and the father's decline into alcoholism, denial, paranoia and eventually death, leaves the remaining family members bewildered and alone. I had to skip sections that were too emotionally "present" for me. This is not a book I would read twice.
