Cut out cookies - Hands down the best tasting sugar cookie I’ve made (and I’ve tried so many versions from other sites). Recipe calls for 1/8” or 3mm roll out, but I only had 4mm. Cookies were great tasting, but very crunchy. First batch, j made only 1”-2” cookies and did not place back in the fridge after rolling. There was spread, which was super noticeable on 1” cookies, but it was like.. 1/8”

Dinner Rolls - used wrong yeast oof, but they came out great (albeit a stronger yeast taste). I have to resist eating these rolls randomly throughout the day because I’m just so excited for a great tasting gluten free roll. Also, I’m losing the resistance battle..
