Novels great but awful lot of eye rolling can’t lie

Have a passing feeling that a lot of the ‘wow he literally predicted the not-so-distant-future!’ writers focused so much on forecasting they forgot to live their own lives in the real world

There’s gulping noises in this audiobook and it’s making me want to rip my hair out.
