Status Updates From Star Dragon

Honestly might have been the worst book I've ever read. I'm not sure.

Do I enjoy any of the characters? No. But do they form interesting dynamics with each other? Also no. But are the sex and flirting scenes handle with tact? God no.

But sometimes... for a few blissful pages, the book is actually about the star dragon and not these people. And are these pages well written?

No again.

The character that wants to impregnate all woman on earth has a miniature homunculi colony of fake humans playing out that scenario for him. Like as a hobby I guess? So that's how it's going right now

So, I started reading this bc the author is a professor I know. Now, I know him a bit too much bc oooohhh my god

I'm only 50 pages in & already we've got weird descriptions for the black characters, the captain's chairbeast (thats what chairs are in this universe) moaning when she sat in it, & a scene of the mc using the toilet that suctioned and licked his ass.

I think I need to sit down. Just not on a chairbeast.
