Very cute, but so implausible!

Proper review coming soon, but while this one wasn't wholly sweet on the heat level, it was a great story, full of laughs and entertaining misunderstandings and of course interesting dogs.

Excellent chapter! Entertaining setup and entertaining characters. I especially like Miss Meadows: "with a heart so coal-black it could stoke the fires of hell a good long while." But I definitely feel for and like the heroine, Cristabel, too.

I wanted something witty with surprising twists to read after the last 500 novel. So I turned to good, old reliable Metzger. And I am definitely getting what I wanted, especially on the surprising ending of chapter one.

hate this cover with a fiery passion. The girl has lip plumpers and she isnt blonde in the book. Also, the hero is supposed to be scarred.
