Now that I'm about halfway through the guide, I'm finding the nice details in what this guide contains. It's straightforward and easy to understand, though like some diet/health guides, it doesn't necessarily apply to everyone, and that might affect the audience this will prove useful for.

One of the things I'm finding that bugs me about this book is that it assumes the problem with weight loss is chiefly by overeating - which isn't the sole case at all. It's a combination of the imbalance of energy intake with expenditure (i.e. exercise or physical activity). I'll follow along with the argument to see where it goes, nonetheless.
