Status Updates From Big Sur

Big fan of the nature descriptions in the first part of the novel, but then you hit the part when he goes back up to SF and it all goes downhill from there. Chapter 21, by god! Unfortunately it isbrelatable because of my job and frequent visits back to SF, i also drink in north beach. There are genuinely sweet moments like when they visit their sick friend, he and jack waving to each other as they get farther away.
