Status Updates From Island

Reading for the suspense cus it’s pretty damn good but im so sick of how disgustingly horny Rupert is. Like genuinely sick and tired.

First off, I'm not a prude. My only trigger is people using the word trigger as a psychological verb. I like GG Allin. I'm a fan of slasher films and dark humor. I read Off Season by Jack Ketchum and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Nevertheless, this novel disturbed me. There's things in here that went to evil dark places I'd never been before. Hideous sexual violence against children. Not cool.
I'm still reading.

So far, MUCH better than I expected.
It's written in a journalistic form, but he does it well. There was one scene where I was actually "holy shit" shocked and was impressed how quickly the plot took off.
