I think part of why this series grabbed me is I really like modern fantasy but never found a good series to love yet.

This series should list a clear disclaimer that it's a direct continuation of the first series cause that matters.

Side note: found a modern fantasy series that is over 175 books long lol. I thought the Cosmere was long, I think I am going to try and check out this ridiculously long series when i have a chance if it's on one of my apps for free.

On hold, this is actually a sequel series....
