Status Updates From Las claves de la argumentación

the book does not mess around and comes straight to point. simple lessons with good output.

first 6 chapters give you the fundamentals of making a good argument. It will be interesting to see how it pans out in later chapters where the single elements are used to make a cogent argument

Completed the first chapter. It is clear and concise. arguments must lead to logical conclusion

Good basic intro to argumentation. But who's the audience? At a high school reading level, but few public schools want a text that dissects invalid arguments for religious beliefs but not invalid arguments against them. Colleges might suggest it as a reference for intro classes. The description says some law schools use it, but why? Students who pass the LSAT need it as much as they need a McGuffey's Reader.
