Status Updates From Star Wars: The Living Force

Meh. This was my first engagement with Disney-era novels. Disney didn’t just ruin lightsabers, they’ve ruined the force.

Alternating chapters between a weird parable with the Jedi Masters helping random people while planning a big birthday party and a vicious criminal gaslighting a child while torturing a Jedi feels a bit strange. And also the force is God now?

Wait the audiobook is done by Marc Thompson, maybe my favorite Star Wars reader 😂😂 back to crazy voices.

Also, they needed to bring in Liam Neeson to do Qui-Gon’s voice.

I have 40 books open but I can’t help but read a Star Wars novel. There is nothing more nostalgic than opening a hardcover Star Wars library book.
