The right to creation is a universal one, and we can all possess it, provided we deserve it.
Except we can’t all possess it anymore, esp those who deserve it, because we’re polluting our world and it has an effect on people’s ability to procreate. Also should we procreate now even if we can - that is an environmental question today.
