Thoughts so far:

* wish Lisa a wee bit less comfortable with lying/fibbing (doesn't happen a lot but I'm meh in that)
*the prose is CHEF'S KISS (granted, sometimes it stands out to me a bit more because the POV character - Lisa - is supposed to be like 13, and 13-year-old me did not have that vocab or complexity of inner thought/language - if that makes sense)

But I am definitely hooked so far!!!!

Okay, why do I almost see Lisa and Inna having a younger sister/older sister type relationship? Even though Inna is her teacher. But I can see them having that type of relationship and it's so cute!
