It's a good atmosphere, but sometimes it's too much. Like, I can feel the author wants me to cringe

This was an intro to a dark gothic cult romance she’s releasing & it was already giving ‘what the fk did I just read’ & I loved it. 🤪 I will deffff be reading Lovesick when it comes out! I just love her writing & had been missing it since I read her Blackwell brothers series 💖
