So far a lot different than the series which is expected but also always interested when you watch a show first rather than read the book first. Surprised at the sudden chuck and sentence entanglement (never thought that’s happened the the show), that Chuck had a mom, Serena’s dad is present, and a whole lot else, but from the read so far the language and themes are super congruent
