Little bit challenging to read not gonna lie

I started it, very witty but poignant. Read slowly to grasp every detail, its worth it in this book.

Cool so far but Nabokov needs to stop glazing the White Army in the Russian Civil War

Soft DNF-ing this. I might continue from page 40 later. Probably won’t restart everything

Don’t get me wrong. I love stylistic English. But christ. I really don’t like English strongly inflected by Russian. It feels so tiring to get through. I might only have to pick this up thematically and emotionally💔
