really great so far. i love how Mark Waid has written Batson & Moras artwork really pops. there is actually a good bit of twists and turns that has left me surprised throughout the first 2/3 of the issues so far. excited to see how the story wraps up

pretty solid so far, has a goofy & fun vibe like a Shazam comic should. love the art by Dan Mora. & the first issue did a great job at showing of what makes Billy Billy, and Shazam Shazam lol. they also had a pretty decent plot twist at the end of the first issue which made me interested to continue

- Here I am continuing my long-running streak of starting Shazam comics and never finishing them!
- I love the concept of Shazam, but I find the execution tends to be boring. They always go crazy and quirky whereas I’d rather they lent into the double life of a teen hero in the same vein as Iron Man: Armored Adventures.
