Status Updates From Youthjuice

I got this book because I liked the premise, and it sounded very similar to Rouge by Mona Awad, which I loved. However, this one has had a rocky and confusing start. There are things happening that don’t make sense (the scratching on the nightstand that was just her?) The subplot feels random. And the place/job doesn’t feel anymore unsettling/weird than the mc herself. She seems to fit right in.
