I had a moment where I had to stop and appreciate, and maybe cry a little. I haven’t done a ton of reading physical books lately, audiobooks have just been FAR more convenient. But tonight while I was reading, some of the words sounded like my mum in my head. Not all of them, and the more I tried to focus on it, the harder they were to make out. But I haven’t heard her voice in my head while reading in years.
