I am to a degree satisfied and to a larger degree confused. The ending felt rushed and sad but also like there were too many dancers that had to be in the exact right spot. If that makes sense. Overall I enjoyed it. Liriel is probably one of my favorite characters on the forgotten realms.

This book is struggling for attention away from cyberpunk 2077 but I am making progress. I'll be glad to be fully away from ibn and the other fuckwad characters.

It's incredibly annoying how all the "good" people of this story are so damned insistent on liriel being evil when drizzt and his fame exist. Anyone associated with water waterdeep comes off as an asshole.
