reo realizing he was mirroring the words and actions of his father. reo spent his entire life never passionate about anything, and when he finally found something he loved, his father discouraged him bc it didn’t fit into the image his father projected onto him.

okay i actually LOVE the way this match was setup in reo’s pov. even though we knew this before, it shows how he wasn’t entirely an innocent victim in all this, his mindset was not the greatest. it was arrogant, self centered, and stubborn. and it shows reo REALIZING this and being disgusted by himself, by the kind of person his heartbreak was turning him into. such a fascinating look into his character!!
