If Montgomery came to me during lunch to ask if I need anything I would probably ask for a journal, writing utensils, and some time for a walk in the beach. Although, I don’t know if I would like what I find in my walks….

I am absolutely loving this so far. This is such a classic that’s had so much influence on horror and suspense writing since. Just the idea of an isolated island full of monsters is so ripe with potential.
